Project description

MFC Red Cube is a premium class apartment complex being built on the territory of the Dubai City business district on Sh. Erdja embankment with its own developed infrastructure and a park on the roof.

The IFC is planning to implement the concept of “home without borders”. The complex consists of two towers with a height of 63 and 77 floors, located on a single 4-storey stylobate. Infrastructure facilities are designed in the stylobate part, including a four-level parking lot for 1,700 cars.

The complex is designed for 1,430 apartments ranging from 53 to 259.7 sq. m. with ceilings 3.5 m high, panoramic glazing and a good view from the windows to the historic city center and the surrounding area. The apartments are handed over to buyers prepared for final finishing (in white box condition). The developer offers several options for the author's design. Modern engineering life support systems are provided, including heating by static convectors, fire-fighting equipment, centralized air conditioning, ventilation and air humidification systems.

Several banks issue mortgage loans for purchase. Payment by installments is possible.
